Regular use of Baheda and Amla increases the brightness of the eyes. By mixing these two powders 3-6 grams can be taken daily.

Washing the eyes daily with a decoction of Triphala cures eye diseases. A decoction of triphala taken with honey or ghee is also beneficial in eye diseases. Triphala powder is beneficial with one part ghee and three parts honey.

Eating a teaspoon of honey every day is also good for eyesight. But remember that honey should be pure.
According to the Sushruta Samhita, the flowers of the Agastya tree are useful for night blindness. Steep these flowers in water and mash them after a while and keep on closed eyes.

To keep the eyes healthy, fill the mouth with cold water and spray water on the eyes three times.

Daily massage of the soles of the feet also increases the radiance of the eyes. Coconut oil or sesame oil is beneficial for this.

Fried foods are harmful to the eyes, while foods cooked in milk are good for the eyes. Mixing honey in cold pudding and eating it in the morning helps in improving eyesight.

Avoid eating late at night and also avoid senior foods to keep the eyes healthy.

According to the Basaj Ratnavali Granth, regular use of barley keeps the eyes healthy. For this, one kg of barley in five kg of wheat flour can be used.

 Mung bean lentils keep the light of the eye healthy. It should be consumed.

Pure ghee should be kept in an iron vessel. The use of this ghee keeps the eyes light. Putting two drops of old but pure ghee in the nose is also beneficial.
