The human digestive system naturally works better in the winter season than in other seasons. That is why winter is considered to be the best time to reduce obesity. Thus, as the physical activities of a person decrease in winter, a person has a strong desire to eat spicy, fried, ghee, hot samocha, kachori, bhajiyan, etc., and sometimes even hot tea. Which causes sudden weight gain. But at this point if the diet is slightly changed, obesity can be easily reduced.

Get up early every morning and drink two glasses of lukewarm water. This is followed by a glass of milk and a low-fat poona, idli, cucumber, tomato and two loaves of bread for breakfast.

You can also take oats, muesli and boiled eggs.

Then whenever you feel hungry, you can take a cup of green tea, fruit or a glass of fresh vegetable juice with dried fruits if you want.

This time you can have a small bowl of vegetable soup with salad, boiled vegetables, one or two missi or multigrain breads with lentils, a bowl of mugi dal or a light meal of rice.

Apart from this, do not take more honey or jaggery with food. Increase the intake of whole grains or lentils. Also use skim milk for drinking, tea and yogurt.

Also, use as little oil and salt as possible in cooking and eating. Soup as well as ginger tea can be consumed, which improves your digestion.

At the same time, if possible, do light exercise every day. And walking 15-20 minutes a day. Which will soon lead to success in weight loss.
